At the conclusion of each regular and special session of the state legislature, the enrolled version of the bills (laws) and resolutions that were passed during that session are compiled and published. Since 1870 these bills have been compiled in the annual publications, "Laws of Utah." Within each volume, laws have been arranged into numbered chapters which are assigned by the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel. Resolutions are included but not assigned a chapter number. Vetoed legislation is also included but not assigned a chapter number and is followed by the governor's letters explaining the veto. Recent bills are available individually from the legislature's web site.
